ACC Premier Cup U19, Ajman - Yayin Rai to lead UAE

Dubai, 15 November 2025: All-rounder Yayin Rai will lead the 14-member UAE team in the ACC Premier Cup U19 (50 overs) which will be played in Ajman from Friday, 21 November. Top three teams from the tournament will qualify for the next edition of the ACC U19 Asia Cup (50 overs). A total of 14 teams are competing in the ACC Premier Cup 19. The teams have been divided into four groups; UAE are placed in Group B. Kuwait and Bahrain are the other two teams in the group.

UAE will take on Kuwait in their opening match of the tournament on Monday 24 November at the Karwan Ground. Their next game is against Bahrain on Wednesday, 26 November at the Seven Districts Ground. 

The top-ranked team from each of the four groups will contest the semi-finals which will be played at the Karwan Ground and Seven Districts Ground on Saturday, 29 November. The third position playoff and the final will be held on Monday, 1 December at the Karwan Ground and Seven Districts Ground.

Monday, 24 November – UAE vs Kuwait – 9:00am, Karwan Ground, Ajman

Wednesday, 26 November – UAE vs Bahrain – 9:00am, Seven Districts Ground, Ajman

Saturday, 29 November – Semi-Finals – 9:00am, Karwan Ground and Seven Districts Ground

Monday, 1 December – Third position match and final – 9:00am, Karwan Ground and Seven Districts Ground
