Ayaan Misbah to captain 14-member UAE squad for ACC Men’s U16 West Zone Cup 2025

Dubai, 18 April 2025: All-rounder Ayaan Misbah will lead the UAE squad in the ACC Men’s U16 West Zone Cup 2025 which will be staged in Doha, Qatar from 23 April.
UAE are the defending champions while Qatar are the hosts. The six-team tournament also includes Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Saudi Arabia. UAE will play their tournament opener against Kuwait on Thursday, 24 April at the West End International Cricket Stadium, Doha. They next play Saudi Arabia at the same venue on Sunday, 27 April.
UAE’s third match of the tournament will be against Bahrain at the University of Doha for Science and Technology ground – Tuesday, 29 April. The clash between the hosts and UAE will take place at the West End International Cricket Stadium on Thursday, 1 May. UAE’s last group game will be against Oman and will be staged at the University of Doha for Science and Technology on Saturday, 3 May.
The two top teams at the end of the single-league group stage will contest the tournament final on Monday, 5 May at the West End International Cricket Stadium.
