Rahul Chopra to lead UAE in the ICC CWC League 2 matches against Nepal and USA

Dubai, 24 October 2025: Hosts UAE, Nepal and USA will play the latest round of the ICC CWC League 2 matches from Sunday, 26 October at the Dubai International Stadium (DIS) and the ICC Academy, Oval 1, Dubai (ICCA).
Rahul Chopra will lead the 15-member UAE side in the series. The ICC CWC League 2 series is part of the ICC Men’s World Cup 2027 – 50 overs – global qualifying stage.
UAE will play USA in their opening fixture of the series on Tuesday, 28 October at the DIS. They play Nepal at the ICCA Oval 1 on Thursday, 30 October and USA at the DIS on Monday, 3 November. UAE’s last match of the series will be against Nepal and will be played at the ICCA Oval 1 on Wednesday, 5 November.
Nepal and USA will compete on Sunday 26 October at the DIS and Saturday, 1 November at the ICCA Oval 1. All seven series matches will begin at 9:30am local time.
